Stacy Shahla

Stacy Shahla, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and strategy within the travel and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product for Internal Tools at Egencia since November 2019, Stacy has previously held senior roles focused on enhancing the chat experience, including responsibilities for customer self-service and live agent interactions. Prior to Egencia, Stacy spent over seven years at Expedia, Inc. in various managerial positions related to chatbots, marketing, and e-commerce. Earlier career experiences include roles at Amazon.com, Pharmacy OneSource, and multiple positions at Hyatt hotels, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and operations. Stacy holds a Master's degree in Business from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Boston University.
