Tine Lindgaard Tauson has over two decades of experience in customer relations and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Relations at Egencia Denmark since January 1999, Tine is responsible for internal and external communication related to Net Promoter Score (NPS) and promoting customer-centric practices.
