Ruth Baier

Ruth Baier has extensive experience in administrative and operations roles, currently serving as an Operations Associate at eGenesis, Inc. since January 2021. Previously, Ruth spent over a decade at Edgewood College in various capacities including Clinical Coordinator for the Henry Predolin School of Nursing, where responsibilities included scheduling clinical rotations and managing affiliation agreements. As a Professional Advisor, Ruth facilitated the admission process for pre-nursing students and collaborated with faculty to enhance student transitions. Earlier positions include Administrative Assistant at the Mount Horeb Area Chamber of Commerce, Volunteer Librarian at St Rose-Thomas McCarthy School, and roles at Durand Federal Savings & Loan as both Branch Manager and Teller/Loan Processor. Ruth holds a B.S. in Agricultural Business from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and has pursued a Master’s in Organizational Development at Edgewood College.
