Heinz R.

Heinz R. has a strong background in IT and management. Heinz has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 2019 to present, they worked as the Head of IT at egeplast international GmbH. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2019, they served as the Head of IT at Mohn Media - part of Bertelsmann Printing Group. Heinz also worked at Aschendorff Medien GmbH from 2006 to 2014, where they held multiple roles including Project Coordinator and Project Manager. From 1999 to 2014, they were the CIO at Aschendorff Medien GmbH & Co. KG. Earlier in their career, they worked as the CIO at LIDL Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG from 1993 to 1999, and as the CEO at HDR Computing GbR from 1989 to 1993.

Heinz R.'s education history includes several certifications and degrees. In 1981, they obtained their Abitur from Gmynasium Werl. From 1984 to 1989, they attended Universität Trier and earned a degree in Betriebswirt. In 2003, they completed a Prozess Manager program at Westfälische Hochschule. In 2011, Heinz R. obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from APMG. Heinz continued their education at Maxpert in 2011-2012 and earned the ITIL V3 Expert degree. Heinz also obtained additional certifications in various ITIL V3 modules: Continual Service Improvement, Managing Across the Lifecycle, Service Design, Service Operation, Service Strategy, and Service Transition. In 2003, they obtained a Prozess-Manager certification from FH Gelsenkirchen - PEP.
