Nicolas Massouh is an experienced technology leader currently serving as CTO at Egerie since January 2024. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Head of Engineering at Supermood from May 2021 to December 2023, and served as Engineering Manager at Back Market between May 2019 and April 2021. Nicolas's earlier role as Software Engineering Manager at AXA from March 2014 to December 2018 involved scaling the engineering team from 2 to 35 members while implementing best practices in software development and agile methodologies. Nicolas began a career in development with roles at Ekino Paris, Balistik*Art, and Dagobert, showcasing a strong foundation in front-end development and team leadership. A graduate of IESA Multimedia, Nicolas is dedicated to empowering teams and fostering autonomy within engineering practices.
