Peter Verwaijen

Peter Verwaijen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Peter most recently worked at Egetis Therapeutics AB as the Global Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy, as well as the General Manager for the Benelux region. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member and Treasurer at Comité Weesgeneesmiddelen. At Mundipharma, Peter held the position of Country Leader for Benelux. Peter also worked at Santhera Pharmaceuticals, where they held several roles including Country General Manager for Benelux, Head of Marketing EU&RoW a.i., Global Launch Lead for Puldysa, and Head of Marketing for the Western Europe Cluster. Peter's earlier experience includes roles at Roche, InterMune Benelux BV, Actelion, Benecke, Guardess, and ECN, where they gained expertise in product management, key account management, marketing, and business development.

Peter Verwaijen attended Zaanlands Lyceum from 1987 to 1993 where they pursued a Gymnasium-beta degree. Peter later enrolled at the University of Amsterdam from 1993 to 1998, majoring in Chemistry.
