Tamara Saslove is an experienced culinary dietitian and nutrition officer with expertise in recipe development, nutrition-focused marketing, and community-based nutrition education. Currently, Tamara serves as a Nutrition Officer at Egg Farmers of Canada, where responsibilities include developing and evaluating marketing programs and overseeing nutrition policy-related research. As a Co-Founder and Director of Marketing at Valley Sausage Co., Tamara leads artisanal sausage production and workshops. Additionally, Tamara has worked as a culinary dietitian and recipe developer for various organizations, including the Public Health Agency of Canada and LiveWell Marketing, managing budgets and large contracts. With a strong educational background, including a diploma in Culinary Management - Nutrition from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition Sciences from Ryerson University, Tamara combines culinary skills with nutritional expertise to support diverse clients and public health initiatives.
