Breanna Rockow

Breanna Rockow has been working at Egg Harbor Cafe since August 2010, starting as a Host/Server and eventually moving up to Manager. In November 2016, Breanna transitioned to the role of Payroll Manager, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, and also providing support to the management team with payroll-related inquiries. Breanna later took on the role of Employee Experience Systems Strategist, continuing to focus on ensuring timely and accurate payroll while also supporting employee benefits access. Throughout their career at Egg Harbor Cafe, Breanna has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving service, inspiring positive change, and growing the business with honesty and integrity.
