Dafna De-Levie started their work experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Bank Igud in 2006. Dafna then moved on to the Central Bottling Company group ltd, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner, Human Resources Director, and Director of Learning. In their roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, leading organizational development processes, and providing support and guidance to managers. Most recently, they joined Egged Israel Transport Cooperative Society Ltd as the Head of Human Resources in 2021.
Dafna De-Levie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1996 to 1999. Dafna then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources (HR) at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2008 to 2010.
