Keren Kol

Keren Kol is an experienced HR professional specializing in organizational development and internal communication, currently serving as the Strategic HR Projects Manager at Egged Israel Transport Cooperative Society Ltd since 2017. Keren has led significant transition processes within HR, transforming the structure from HR managers to HR business partners, and enhancing internal communications to support organizational change.
