Anat Lopatner is a licensed architect with a diverse range of work experience. From 2001, Anat worked as the Chief Architect and High-Profile Projects Manager at Egged Israel Transport Cooperative Society Ltd, the largest public transportation company in Israel. In this role, Anat managed various projects and mega projects, overseeing construction permits, licensing, and ensuring accessibility. Prior to this, Anat owned a private architecture firm from 1999 to 2001. Anat also worked as an architect at Peter Sobol firm in Tel-Aviv from 1996 to 1999, specializing in public and residential buildings. Before pursuing architecture, Anat served as an Operation sergeant in the paratroopers brigade Combat Engineering of the Israel Defense Forces from 1987 to 1990.

Anat Lopatner, Licensed Architect, pursued their education at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design from 1994 to 1999. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BArch). In November 1998, Anat Lopatner also received a certification from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
