We are the sole European provider officially authorized and licensed by Harvard University. We have continously advanced its core ideas leading to the coherent and powerful approach called ‘Open negotiation based on the Harvard-Concept®'. This negotiating model has proven its value in the toughest situations. The findings of interdisciplinary research teams in Harvard University’s ‘Program on Negotiation’ remain the backbone of our work. These teams are developing new ideas on how we deal with opposing interests in an interconnected and globalised world.
