David Holdsworth has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. David started their career as an Officer in the United States Navy, where they served as a Lieutenant and later as an Officer on Nuclear Submarines. After leaving the navy, they joined General Mills, where they held various marketing positions, including Manager of Flour, Manager of Betty Crocker Megabrand, Assistant Marketing Manager of Betty Crocker Side Dishes, and Assistant Marketing Manager of Beverages. Following their time at General Mills, they worked as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Old Home Foods for eight years. David then joined Moark, LLC as the Director of Marketing, where they were responsible for the business strategy and execution of the Land O'Lakes branded eggs business. After that, they took on the role of General Manager at Polaris Industries. Most recently, David has been serving as the Vice President of Marketing at Eggland's Best, Inc.
David Holdsworth earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, and Leadership from the United States Naval Academy from 1987 to 1991. David later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 1998 and 2000.
