Susanne Harder

Susanne Harder is a seasoned professional in service and interaction design, currently serving as Lead Service Designer at EGGS, part of Sopra Steria, since October 2023, and as Tjenestedesigner at NAV since February 2023. Prior roles include Service Designer at Sopra Steria, Product Owner at Telia Norge, and Interaction Designer at Gjensidige. Susanne began a career in design as a Graphic Designer/Project Manager at Logotrykk AS and held an administrative position at Lovisenberg Diakonale Sykehus. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Interaction Design from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from the University of South-Eastern Norway, complemented by studies at the University of Rhode Island.
