Dustin Ellis has diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Dustin is currently the Director of Product Development at Eggs Up Grill, where they advise and directs the creation of food, beverage, and processes. Prior to this role, they worked at Denny's as a Culinary Projects Manager, developing culinary solutions based on trend research. Dustin also has experience as a Director/Chef at Southern Foodservice Management, overseeing menu and recipe development. Additionally, Dustin served as a Managing Partner at World Dining, managing nationwide business dining contracts. Dustin began their career as a Chef/Manager at Compass.
Dustin Ellis attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Culinary Arts. During their time there, they focused on fields of study such as Hot & Cold Food Preparation, Menu Development, and Finance. After completing their degree, Dustin pursued further education at Ally Coffee Labs, where they obtained SCAA Certification in the field of Barista. Alongside their formal education, Dustin also earned the SCAA Barista Level 1 certification from SCAA.
