Massimo Mazza

Massimo Mazza has over 30 years of work experience, beginning in 1989 as a Plant Operator for Himont. Massimo then moved to Montell in 1994 as a Research Plant Supervisor. In 1998, they joined Basell as a Human Resources Generalist and was later promoted to Human Resources Manager. In 2011, they joined LyondellBasell as a HR Senior Advisor in various roles, including O&P, Corporate Staff Function, Brindisi, Milan, and Compensation and Benefit Italy, EAI Manufacturing, EAI Projects & Engineering and HSE Global, and Manufacturing Ferrara, HSE, IT, Finance, Legal & Industrial Relations Coordinator. Most recently, they have been working as the Head of People at Eggtronic since 2021.

Massimo Mazza completed a Master Executive in Strategic HR Management from Il Sole 24 Ore Business School in Milano between 2013 and 2014.
