Antonino Callea

Antonino Callea currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board at EggupLAB since January 2023 and is a docente for the course "Metodi statistici per l'analisi dei fenomeni organizzativi" at Università LUMSA, where other roles have included Associate and Assistant Professor of Psychometrics. With a strong background in psychological research, Antonino has contributed to various projects, including a consultancy role at TIM focusing on Diversity Management and as a data analyst for Mercedes-Benz at HXO. Antonino's academic journey culminated in a PhD in Psychology from Università LUMSA, complemented by participation in summer schools for Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology.
