Lydia Sapp has a long and varied work experience. Lydia began their career in 2002 as a National Services Coordinator at Automated Systems Design, Inc. Lydia then moved to Kodak Dental Systems in 2004 as a Lead Coordinator Team Lead. In 2005, they joined Target Marketing Group as an Account Coordinator for Sales Promotion Group. In 2006, they began working at InComm in two roles, first as a B2B Client Services Manager and then as Manager of the Promotions Group. In 2012, they joined Virtual Incentives as Director of Strategic Accounts and Manager of Client Success. Finally, in 2021, they joined eGifter as a Senior Client Success Manager.

Lydia Sapp attended Susquehanna University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Sigmund Weis School of Business. In 2001, they also attended Oxford Brookes University and obtained a Business Admin degree in Marketing and Tourism.
