Annie J. Lan

Annie Lan is a Senior Associate at Egis responsible for origination, analysis, and execution of investment opportunities. Ms. Lan began her career advising institutional clients at UBS Investment Bank where she underwrote and structured Equity Derivatives. During business school, she interned with Spring Mountain Capital, a technology-enabled focused private equity firm. Ms. Lan holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
