Jeremy M. Kroll

Jeremy M. Kroll, Co-Founder and CEO of K2 Intelligence, an industry-leading investigative, compliance, and cyber defense services firm with offices in New York, Los Angeles London, Madrid, Tel Aviv, and Geneva. Before co-founding K2 Intelligence, Jeremy spent 11 years as an executive at Kroll Inc. where he was responsible for the Information Security Group. He led the acquisition and integration of Kroll Ontrack, now a $300 million division, before Kroll Inc. was sold to Marsh & McLennan Cos. in 2004. In addition to his responsibilities overseeing K2 Intelligence’s consulting and investigative operations, Jeremy has led the firm’s strategic development of proprietary software capabilities that greatly enhance the speed, scope, and acuity of K2 Intelligence’s work. Mr. Kroll is a respected thought leader on compliance, security, and risk in technology investing, and is a sought-after speaker on these subjects. He has moderated panels on cybersecurity investment in business, spoken at conferences hosted by organizations such as the National Association of Corporate Directors, Evercore ISI, Bank Leumi, Bank of America, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, and the Association of International Bank Auditors. He has been quoted extensively on cybersecurity and risk management issues in print, digital, and television media, including CNBC, Bloomberg, and Reuters. Mr. Kroll holds a B.A. in Foreign Languages and Fine Arts from Georgetown University. He received his MBA from TRIUM, the executive global M.B.A. program offered by NYU Stern, L’Ecole des Hautes Études Commercials (HEC), and the London School of Economics.
