Richard Ginsburg

Richard Ginsburg, CEO of Central Security Group, a leading national security alarm company. Mr. Ginsburg is the former CEO of Protection One and former CEO of Guardian Security. Mr. Ginsburg has helped raise over a billion U.S. dollars in debt and equity for these two publicly traded security companies and helped successfully sell Protection One and Guardian International to private equity-sponsored buyers.

Mr. Ginsburg has completed and integrated over 30 acquisitions and generated hundreds of thousands of commercial and residential customers through organic marketing campaigns he developed at his respective companies. Prior to leading Central Security Group, Mr. Ginsburg served as Managing Partner of G3 Capital Partners, a Miami-based investment firm and adviser to private equity firms in the security, telecommunications, and recurring service industries. Mr. Ginsburg has a B.S. in Communications from the University of Miami and was the youngest security industry professional to be inducted into the Security Industry Hall of Fame.
