Bernard Higgins

Bernard Higgins is currently a Project Director for the Belgrade Metro at Egis. Previously, they held significant roles such as Senior Project Manager at Hill International and Programme Manager for the Stratford International Extension with Docklands Light Railway. Bernard has extensive experience in engineering, project management, and construction, having managed multiple high-profile projects, including Crossrail and Network Rail initiatives. They have a strong background in both contractor and client roles and are experienced in various contract management frameworks. Their educational background includes a BSc and MBA in Civil Engineering and Business from the Universities of Aston and Birmingham.
