David Blom

David Blom is a seasoned professional in asset operations, currently serving as the M6 Systems Establishment Lead at Fulton Hogan Egis since 2024 and as a Principal at Egis. With a robust background in project and program management, financial analysis, and infrastructure project finance, they previously held key roles such as Head of Capital Projects Advisory at Jacobs and Director and Head of Strategy & Planning at RPS. David earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Master of Commerce in Finance with Distinction from the University of Sydney. They are currently pursuing a short course in Project & Infrastructure Finance at London Business School.
