Carlos Perez

Carlos Perez is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience spanning several decades across various esteemed organizations. Currently at eGlobalTech since May 2016, Carlos provides Program Management Support to the Department of Homeland Security’s Data Center Division PMO. Previous roles include managing a portfolio of projects worth over $57 million at Information Innovators Inc., leading the development of Global Entry software for Customs and Border Patrol at CSC, and serving as a point of contact for visa-processing operations at DynCorp. Carlos also has a background as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State and military service as a Mine Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy. Academic credentials include an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Latin American Studies from Penn State University.
