Justine Leclef is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and product management. Currently serving as the Digital Transformation & Product Manager at Egmont Toys since July 2025, Justine focuses on streamlining processes and fostering innovation within Product, Marketing, and Operations. Prior experience includes roles as Digital Marketing Manager and Project Manager for digital transformation at Ethnicraft from November 2020 to October 2025, and various positions at TriFinance between September 2015 and November 2020, including Business Unit Care Manager and Business Consultant in CFO Services. Justine's early career features a commercial internship at Genteso and engagement as a Master’s student at USG Professionals Belgium. Educated in social economic sciences, Justine holds a Master's degree from the University of Antwerp and Bachelor's degrees from both the University of Antwerp and Universidad de Granada.
