Kevin Thorson

Kevin Thorson is an experienced professional in solutions engineering and customer operations, currently serving as Manager of Solutions Engineer at Egnyte since December 2022 after progressing from roles including Team Lead and Senior Sales Engineer. Previously, Kevin held the position of Senior Technical Account Manager at Egnyte, where management of twenty-five long-term accounts led to enhanced customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration. As Director of Customer Operations at IdentityMind Global, Kevin restructured the Customer Success team and developed analytics tools to identify up-sell opportunities. Kevin also has a background in real estate as a Realtor at EvoReal and operated C2 Consulting, focusing on customer-centered process improvement. With experience in data services management at Salesforce and a foundation in software engineering at Getronics, Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Whitworth University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University.
