Felicity Harrison

Felicity Harrison is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Global Learning & Leadership Development Manager at Ego Pharmaceuticals since August 2016. Prior to this role, Felicity held various positions, including Director and Principal Trainer at LEARNflick, where innovative learning strategies were developed, and Capability Lead at Lion, focusing on SAP customer systems. Experience also includes a Learning Specialist role at Ambulance Victoria, and extensive work with AXA Australia/AMP as Training Manager and Training Consultant, where Felicity led national teams and developed significant training frameworks that improved employee competency and retention.
