Mohamed Abdulbaqi

Mohamed Abdulbaqi has extensive experience in training and development within the pharmaceutical sector, currently serving as the Regional Training & Development Manager EMEA at Ego Pharmaceuticals since September 2015. In this role, Mohamed leads the learning and development strategy across multiple regions, focusing on sales excellence, leadership development, and commercial effectiveness. Prior to this position, Mohamed held various roles at Ego Pharmaceuticals, including Regional Training / People & Performance Manager, where expertise in Professional Selling Skills and performance management was applied. Mohamed’s earlier experience includes over a decade at SPIMACO, culminating in direct management of training supervisors and program development. Mohamed began a career in sales with Pfizer, promoting cardiovascular products, following a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Helwan University Cairo and additional CIPD qualifications in Human Resource Practice and Learning and Development.
