Monica Pham

Monica Pham is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Validation Associate at CSL since May 2024. Monica's career includes a significant tenure as a Quality Control Chemist and QA Associate focused on validation at Ego Pharmaceuticals since July 2019, along with a pivotal internship at the Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Centre in late 2018, where Monica worked with the QC/R&D team on various analytical tests. Additional experience includes two internships at GSK, one as a Summer Intern in early 2018, where process and product improvements were targeted, and another as a Student Intern in late 2017, contributing to the development of technical reports. Monica holds a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science from Monash University (2015-2017) and is currently pursuing an Honours degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the same institution.
