Pilar Zegrati

Pilar Zegrati, currently serving as the People & Performance Manager at Ego Pharmaceuticals since September 2009, is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team with a focus on developing and implementing human resource strategies for the Scientific and Operations division. Pilar's specialization in Occupational Health and Safety Management positions their as the leader in Health and Safety across all regions for the company. Prior to this role, Pilar held various positions at GHD, including Health, Safety and Environment Manager and Risk and Safety Consultant. Pilar holds a Master of Applied Science in Health and Safety Management from RMIT University, an AHRI Practicing Certificate from the Australian HR Institute, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Sydney, complemented by a Diploma of Human Resource Management from TAFE NSW and a Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety.
