Shayne Estes

Shayne Estes began their professional career in 2010 as a Customer Support Analyst II at PPG Industries. In this role, they communicated with various IT teams regarding critical issues, provided technical support to PPG employees globally, and developed knowledge, standard procedures, and escalation requirements for commonly occurring incidents. Shayne also had project experience with Windows 7 operating system remote deployment for general office machines. In 2012, Shayne transitioned to a Senior Solutions Architect - Consultant role at eGroup | Together, we make IT happen.

Shayne Estes attended Duquesne University from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Management Information Systems, General. Shayne also holds numerous certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, and VMware.
