Tiffany Renrick has been working in the technology industry for over 15 years. In 2018, they joined eGroup as a Data Center Engineer, where they work with small and large companies across the globe to help implement technologies such as Citrix, VMware, Azure, AWS, and Nutanix. Prior to that, they were a Platform Architect at Matrix IBS from 2015 to 2018, and a Network Engineer at Modulant from 2014 to 2015. From 2013 to 2014, they were a TTC Engineer - Technical Lead at Shaw AFB. From 2008 to 2013, they were a Systems Administrator at CSC. From 2006 to 2008, they were an IS Coordinator, Sr Support Analyst, and Support Analyst at Lexington Medical Center. Finally, from 2004 to 2006, they were a Deskside Engineer at GE Manufacturing, where they provided technical support to end-users and installed and repaired desktop, laptop and printer hardware.

Tiffanny Renrick obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lander University in 2003. Tiffanny then went on to obtain their Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Phoenix in 2014.
