Michelle Kastanek

Michelle (Myers) Kastanek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative support and public relations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent at East Grand Rapids Public Schools since August 2021, Michelle also manages communications and marketing efforts for The Comic Signal, overseeing social media platforms as well as media inquiries. Past roles include Theatre Co-Director and Administrative Assistant at East Grand Rapids Middle School, and Professional Tutor and Assistant Lab Manager at Grand Rapids Community College. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Grand Valley State University and an Associate of Arts from Grand Rapids Community College.
