Larry Belvin

Larry Belvin is a Senior Cost Engineer currently employed at EGS, Inc. since May 2022, specializing in DOE-EM Cost Estimating. Prior to this role, Larry worked for Project Time & Cost, LLC from September 2007 to February 2022, where expertise included cost estimating in mechanical and industrial process equipment, remediation projects, and nuclear materials processing. Larry's career in estimating began in various Metro Atlanta builders from 1990 to 2007, during which key responsibilities involved developing estimating departments and implementing advanced computer systems for estimating and purchasing. Larry possesses advanced skills in custom Excel spreadsheet development and is proficient in various estimating software, including MII, 4Clicks, Timberline, and RACER. Educationally, Larry holds a BS in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University and completed continuing education at Kennesaw State University. Additionally, Larry achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.
