Gergana Georgieva

Gergana Georgieva has been working in the field of Human Resources for over 17 years. Gergana has experience working as a Human Resources Manager at EGT Digital and CNsys PLC, where Gergana was responsible for elaborating and revising HR procedures, recruitment, performance appraisal processes, incentive schemes, employee surveys, and training initiatives. Gergana has also worked as an HR Business Partner at various companies, where Gergana managed HR operations, supported and consulted managers on staff management, and built employee relations. Gergana holds a Master's degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a Bachelor's degree in Economy of the Industry from the University of National and World Economy.
