Donnie Beene

Donnie Beene has over 30 years of work experience in sales, marketing, and operations. In 2019, they began working at EGW Utilities, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. From 2015-2019, they worked at Schiller Grounds Care, Inc. as the General Manager of their Dealer Direct Channel, where they managed a $10M business with a team of 5 Territory Sales Managers and 1 Inside Sales Person. Donnie was also the Regional Sales and Operations Manager at Schiller Grounds Care. From 2001-2015, they worked at BP Sales as the Sales Manager and Distribution Manager. In this role, they directed and managed strategic planning for BP's Outside Sales Representatives and was responsible for developing all training and job function processes. From 1990-2001, they worked at ADS Environmental Services as the Director of Software Services. In this role, they developed partnerships with key software providers to build new business for ADS and utilized high level relationships to influence RFP and RFQ templates for potential customers/clients. Donnie also worked at ADS Environmental from 1990-2001 as a Project Manager.

Donnie Beene earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University between 1983 and 1987, as well as a degree in Agricultural Economics from the same university.
