Richard McDonald

Richard McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Richard currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Strategic Initiatives at EGXFuels, where they specialize in strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Richard worked in corporate development at EGXFuels and New Degree Growth. Richard also served as a Corporate Development Advisor at New Degree Growth. Richard has a strong passion for justice and has been involved with Interrogating Justice since 2021. Richard has served as a Member of the Board of Directors and as a Justice Reform Advocate/Writer for the organization. Before venturing into corporate and justice-related roles, Richard worked as a Human Resources Manager at Oppermann Webbing.

Richard McDonald attended Colorado Technical University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
