Nina Thiessen

Nina Thiessen began their work experience in 2012 with an internship in HR at CLEVIS GmbH. Nina then went on to complete an internship in Retail HR at BMW Group in 2013. In 2014, they worked on a student project focused on Talent Management at Infineon Technologies and also participated in a student project on Feedback and Development Processes at Sirl Interaktive Logistik GmbH.

In 2013 and 2015, they worked as a working student in HR at CLEVIS GmbH, where they were involved in various HR tasks. In 2015, they also joined AKKA RT GmbH as a working student in recruiting, where they gained experience in recruiting and participated in projects related to onboarding and rebuilding the career homepage.

Since 2015, Nina has been with EGYM, starting as an HR Manager and progressing to roles such as HR Business Partner, Teamlead Talent Acquisition & HR Management, and currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Management.

Nina Thiessen completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Management from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in the years 2008-2012. Later, they pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Management from the same university during 2013-2015.
