Aya Hamdy Hafez

Aya Hamdy Hafez is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles at Egypt Kuwait Holding since August 2010, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager. In this capacity, Aya has successfully designed and implemented the "Developing Leaders Program" to identify potential employees and assess key organizational positions. Previously, Aya held several HR positions at Raya from January 2010 to August 2010, including HR Admin. (Project) and various levels from Senior Human Resources Specialist to Human Resources Specialist. Aya began the professional journey as a Trainee at Raya Integration in 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cairo University (2005-2009), a Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo (2015-2016), and a distinguished academic background from Manor House Language School (1993-2005).
