Ahmed Mohamed Tawfik

Ahmed Mohamed Tawfik possesses extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering within the drilling industry. Currently serving as Offshore Chief Rig Electrician at Egyptian Drilling Company since January 2020, Ahmed specializes in high-voltage electrical systems and advanced control technologies on various rig types. Prior to this role, Ahmed held the position of Chief Rig Electrician at Sinotharwa Drilling Company from 2014 to early 2020, contributing to the maintenance and operation of sophisticated electrical systems. Ahmed began a career in the same company as Assistant and Night Rig Electrician, demonstrating an upward career trajectory bolstered by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Alazhr University in Cairo.
