Samuel O. Omotosho ACA, FMVA® has a strong background in finance and accounting with experience in various roles and responsibilities.

Samuel O. started their career at Naslan & Company Ltd in 2012 as an Account Officer, where they worked until 2016.

In 2018, Samuel joined Newdevco Investment and Securities Ltd as the Head of Account & Admin, holding the position until 2019.

From 2019 to 2022, they worked at eHealth Africa, where they served as a Finance Intern, Finance Associate, and eventually as a Senior Associate, Finance Officer. During their time at eHealth Africa, Samuel gained valuable experience in financial management and operations.

Since 2020, Samuel has been working at EHA Clinics as an Accountant, and from 2022 onwards, as a Senior Accountant. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department and ensuring financial control and compliance. Samuel O. also manages tax management and tax returns filing while coordinating and completing annual audits. Samuel actively works towards improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions.

Samuel O. Omotosho ACA, FMVA® is currently pursuing their Associate Member degree in Accounting and Finance at ACCA. Prior to this, they obtained their ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2018. Samuel O. also holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Jigawa State Polytechnic, Dutse, which they earned from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Ambrose Alli University in 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Samuel obtained the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) designation from Corporate Finance Institute® in November 2022. Samuel O. also completed courses such as "Internal Audit: a Guide for Management" from Udemy in March 2023, and "Excel Crash Course: Master Excel for Financial Analysis" from Udemy in January 2022. Furthermore, they became an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in May 2018.
