Lindsey Hickey

Lindsey Hickey has been working in the healthcare industry since 2005. Lindsey began their career at MEDITECH as an Applications Specialist, where they traveled on-site extensively to train a core group of end users while maintaining the implementations of other accounts. In 2007, they joined Partners HealthCare as an Applications Specialist II, where they were responsible for the building and installation of the MetaVision clinical information system for MGH. Lindsey then became a Project Analyst II, where they supported and implemented clinical systems and applications for NWH. In 2012, they moved to Outcome as a Sr Data Team Lead, responsible for updating, maintaining and creating the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for clients. In 2015, they joined East Boston Neighborhood Health Center as a Clinical Systems Analyst/PM, and in 2019, they started working as a Project Manager for eHana.

Lindsey Hickey obtained their Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Salve Regina University between 2001 and 2005. Lindsey then went on to earn their Masters in Healthcare Informatics from Northeastern University between 2009 and 2011. In addition, Lindsey has obtained three Epic certifications, including Epic Nurse Triage 2014/2015/2018 Certification in July 2016, EpicCare Ambulatory 2014/2015/2018 Certification in June 2015, and EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation 2014/2015/2018 Certification in December 2014.
