Mark A. Floyd

Mark A. Floyd has worked in the software industry since 2004. From 2004 to 2006 they worked as a Software Developer for various companies. In 2006 they joined eHana - Behavioral Health Software as a Sr. Project Manager. In this role they were responsible for account management of a portfolio of client organizations and leading meetings with client stakeholders to analyze and document workflow and business processes. Mark A. also produced detailed technical specifications including use cases, acceptance criteria and testing plans. In addition to their Sr. Project Manager role, they also worked as a Computer Systems Analyst.

Mark A. Floyd completed a Bachelor of Mathematics (Computer Science) at the University of Waterloo, majoring in Computer Science & Mathematics, from 2000 to 2004.
