Tony Ibbitson

Tony Ibbitson has worked in the software industry since 2003. Tony began their career at Sovereign Bank as a Customer Service Representative Lead/Customer Service Manager, where they accepted and processed customer transactions, maintained and balanced a cash drawer and branch vault daily, and opened personal and business accounts. In 2008, they joined North River Collaborative as Technical Support Staff, providing functional and technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems, procuring, receiving, documenting, and tracking inventory of all computer equipment and software licenses, and creating and maintaining the company website. In 2011, they moved to MEDITECH as a Software Developer and Programmer/Analyst, where they worked closely with Meditech staff to research and resolve Health Portal bug issues, wrote technical specifications and developed enhancements to better serve customers, and developed in-house tools to increase productivity and ease tedious tasks. In 2015, they joined eHana as Senior Software Developer Team Lead.

Tony Ibbitson attended Bridgewater State University from 2005 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
