Heather Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry and office management. Currently serving as a SBU Commercial Account Manager at EHD since April 2023, Heather oversees daily operations between the insurance company and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless transitions for new accounts. Previously at GR Klinefelters Underwriters Inc., Heather held roles as an Underwriter and an Underwriting Assistant, where responsibilities included managing new and renewal business, fostering relationships with agents and brokers, and maintaining data integrity in proposals. Heather's career began at Nuttle Bechtold LLP and later transitioned to Heather's Cleaning LLC, where administrative and management skills were developed. Heather holds an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
