Jim O'Malia began their work experience in 2007 as a Sales Exec at ADP, where they worked until 2008. Jim then joined RJ Bailey Associates, Inc. as an Account Executive from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they started working at EHD as a Risk Manager / Senior Account Executive, a role they held until 2019. Jim was later promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2019 and eventually became the NE Region Sales Manager in 2020.
Jim O'Malia earned their Bachelor's degree in Business - Finance from the University of New Haven. Jim attended the university from 2003 to 2006.

These have evolved into EHD’s four regional offices located in Exton, Lancaster, Pittsburgh and Wyomissing.
