Change Management and Engagement Team

The Change Management and Engagement Team at the eHealth Centre of Excellence spearheads the adoption and integration of digital health tools and services. This team collaborates closely with clinicians, regional and provincial agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation and sustained use of eHealth innovations. They focus on change management strategies, knowledge translation, and engagement initiatives to enhance user experience, drive adoption, and facilitate continuous improvement in digital health practices, ultimately aiming to improve healthcare outcomes for patients across Ontario.
