Eric Heflin

Eric Heflin is currently a Board Member at IHE USA since August 2016. He also holds the position of CTO/Chief Information Security Officer at Texas Health Services Authority since November 2011. In addition, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer at eHealth Exchange since November 2012. Eric has a background in various technical and leadership roles, including President at Impartif Corp and Founder/President at Knowledge Dynamics Corp. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Cybersecurity at Harvard University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
