Judy Penner

Judy Penner is a Senior Business Analyst at eHealth Ontario, having joined the organization in December 2011 to work on the ONE ID team, which focuses on identity and access management for health care providers. Prior to eHealth Ontario, Judy spent 22 years at IBM Canada Ltd. in various roles, particularly in business analysis, application design, and data analysis. Judy holds a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and a BA in Honours Psychology from the University of Waterloo, along with completing the first year of a Computer Science program at Ryerson University.
