Ahmed Awad

Ahmed Awad currently serves as IT Operations Manager at eHealth Saskatchewan since May 2023. Previously, Ahmed held the position of Customer Service Manager at TELUS from January 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included leading a remote team of agents, recruitment, and coaching. Prior to that, Ahmed worked at Vodafone International Services from March 2007 to September 2016, progressing from Engineer to Sr. Engineer and ultimately Service Desk Supervisor, overseeing a team of Help Desk engineers and managing IT service desk projects. Ahmed earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from October 6 University between 2002 and 2006.
